I have had insurance through Biggs for several years. Karadee Dunbar is the agent that I spoke with about getting a quote for commercial policy. I told her I was starting a business where I would be towing a trailer for my business. She contacted CIG insurance, who I’ve been with for years, told them what I was CONSIDERING doing and they responded with not only are we NOT going to quote commercial insurance for this person, but we will NOT renew her policy in August. I have a great diving record, good credit and the insurance company has dropped me.
Not only that but they reported me to LexisNexis! Its some sort of reporting agency, so now when I try to find insurance for just my personal vehicle I will be paying a higher rate.
I have reached out to Karadee to get this resolved, with no response from her.
I’ve been laid off from my job, the business I was starting is on hold and I’ll have no insurance on August 1st.
Karmen Ayers was amazing, she was very responsive and very helpful. Highly recommend working with her. She was able to find my grandfather and me great deals dropping both our auto insurances substantially.
