They still haven’t cleared my medicine that I need for my pain and it’s been two weeks already

we have had them for 2 years , we had our boat broken into and $20,000.00 worth of equipment stolen , they didn’t even cover 1 3rd of it claiming they don’t have a provision for it. fast forward 2 years and our dog was badly wounded in our back yard when he was attacked by our neighbors dogs. we filed a claim and again they don’t have a provision for this. i explained to them that this is my daughters service animal and that they have to by law cover it as per our attorney. again they wont so we have to sue them. this company loves to take your money then refuses to pay out on losses. dont i repeat dont go with this company period you will waste your money and lose.
