Been going through a lot of trouble throughout my entire back injury pre and post op.. everything denied through insurance.. nice people just not getting the results I need.. just need a little more communication

Update: When I wrote this review I really acted on an impulse and really didn’t give the credit that Guard deserves. In the end they have approved all of my medical procedures and have been wonderful except for only a couple times. I just want to say thank you to Guard Insurance and helping me get my life back on track.

After several weeks of little progress on an insurance claim, I was luck enough to speak Moyra Dieso. She was a delight to work with and resolve every detail of the claim. My my highest regard for Guard Insurance is 100% a result of my interaction with Ms Diego. She is a tremendous asset to the company.

Had a long and stressful year after the pipe Burts in 2021 from the freeze. My first adjustor didn’t do much and only had the claim halted for a longtime. I was advised by many of my family and surroundings to seek a lawyer to get the claim moving. I just decided to be a little more patient and surely my patience paid off. Guard had assigned a new adjustor to the claim and immediately things started moving, in the right direction. He sent someone to reassess the estimates and communicated with me to keep me posted and updated on he’s doing and when I should expect to get funds to start the rebuilding process. Shawn Mitchell is an angel from God. While I was so close to seek legal venue to get the claim resolved, I was rewarded by this adjustor for being patient. I also was Not going to renew my policy with Guard but because of his professionalism and the way he took charge and responsibility in my claim, I will be renewing my policy. Guard should be very proud to have someone like Shawn who has already accomplished in few weeks what the other adjustor could Not in over a year ( I will Not mention any Names but she was horrible). So, just wuna say am so thankful for this young man and he’s still seeing over my case and communicates with me what the next steps are or what he expects from me to send. It’s great !

I had a house fire and I had heard and read about all the nightmares that people experience while trying to recover their loss. Mr. Edward Frances was empathetic to my situation. He assisted me with my policy claim and we discussed all of my options. He went above and beyond by following up in a timely manner and gave me advise on how give my basement preventative maintenance. I appreciate your knowledge and patience especially in this difficult time of having my basement flooded.

Going through my first claim with GUARD right now, the process has been incredibly smooth and easy. My adjuster has been very responsive and is truly aimed at getting my families house back in to working shape as quickly as possible. I’m very pleased with the level of service we’ve had.
