Their program is way too ineffective. Every time they sent me a list of therapy providers who did not actually take on new patients. I quitted after two rounds and switched back to my main insurance provider/hospital. Ironically I got referred to Beacon health options because the next available therapy time at the hospital then would be two months later; I ended up wasting more time and energy in navigating their program…

Customer service is rude. They act like you are bothering them. Hung up on me. Rude every time I call. Providers are impossible to get an appt with. Went through several lists without finding a counselor. They were sending lists of providers that were an hour or more away. I wouldn’t think Kaiser would ever be affiliated with a company this unprofessional. I was finally able to find a counselor because I left a message begging him to see us. Just sad.
