Unable to act on the behalf of the client, works on the behalf of multiple insurance companies. Will not call if policy needs maintenance. Will not call if payments are needed. Will not setup direct payments. They make money off of fees and unchanging other companies policies. They are an unnecessary 3rd party. When I bought the policy I specifically told them to call if there were any issues as I work on the road 100% of the year.
