They used to be great when the owner Mr. Bain “Steve”, was there. But now the service is just going down hill. Reps all seem rude and in a hurry to get rid of you, when you call you can’t ever get a person directly either. Maybe they are over worked but it’s not nice to deal with them being annoyed when you ask questions about policies, that’s there job after all, otherwise I can go directly to the insurance company instead of using there services. Maybe next time we will.
