I had busted my camera so I submitted a claim to see what I could do. I had to pay a deductible and I ended up with a new phone of the same type as what I had, which is totally OK. It’s a flagship phone. I don’t remember his first name but Mr. Franklin arrived ahead of schedule and was very professional and friendly to personally deliver and set up the phone. Overall super cool experience.

As a business owner, I need to be able to stay in contact with all clients, so when I lost my phone I was down and out until I made my claim. Amount was cheap.. better than $1,000. And as a veteran the expert sent deployed at the same time I did. So yeah 5 stars..

I had the best experience. When we added the insurance on the phones I was thinking I hope I never have to use this because it’s going to be a headache. It was amazing super fast and very easy and the Techs that came to my house Tony and Jennifer were so very knowledgeable and were just so nice and very helpful made the bad experience of loosing my phone so much better!!! Thanks so much and you have made me a customer of Asurion for life. Outstanding company and Staff!

Honestly, keep doing what works. You all met and greatly exceeded my expectations!!! The tech was knowledgeable and very polite. I was very impressed. Whatever training program is being implemented is working. Maybe have phone case and protective glass options available? I went on search of something after the meeting but want successful as the Verizon store has already closed. I absolutely hate caring my phone without them, but that’s nothing against the company or the tech specialist.

Not gonna lie I couldn’t really find anything bad to say. Overall the whole process was really easy and I had my phone brought to my door within just a couple hrs. The guy that brought my phone was very nice and seemed like he knew what he was doing and the guy at the store was pretty helpful as well. I must say I was impressed on the whole process.
