There is no individual that can be accountable responsible for the claims. Called several times to NY headquarter office. Each time received different instruction for claim: once they asked to mail document, then we did. Nothing happened after 2 months. Another call they said: send documents by email and they will send claim form by email. then, Nothing received back in email. The action and response were only “automatic reply: we will contact you if more information needed” and then “silence” and no action toward the claim. I strongly not recommended this company for any service in neither of location around the Globe.

lost my bag with my mac book pro that cost me $2100.00 , all they refund was $200.

they said sorry that’s all we can do for you after fighting for weeks
