If I could give them less stars I would, have had the worse customer service after they were bought out by progressive. They are little help and have no drive to find answers to questions we have. We spent an hour and a half in the phone just to be dropped twice then forwarded to a voice mail. Still have no answers and left with no fixes.

They were there for me when I filed my claim, they were on time, courteous, and displayed great customer Service. Businesses have to get back to caring, and taking care of the customer FULLY!!😉👌🏿❣

Getting trucking insurance with American Strategic insurance was so quick and easy. I wish I had option to give more than five stars. I am thankful to SARB GILL, who made this process so easy. Everything was done over the phone and via email and Sarb respond and take care of me every time. Especially during these uncertain times. I called American strategic for an insurance quote and they were very thorough and informative. I was able to add a jewelry Rider and a wind mitigation report in order to enhance my coverage. After each supporting document was reviewed I received a courtesy call from the agent to let me know where we were in the process. The website was user friendly. They communicated well with my mortgage agent as well. Overall, a very easy and comforting experience.

Was very happy with the service I received after a tornado hit my home. They covered ALMOST everything and it was done in a timely manner. My only complaint is regarding my grill…Now keep in mind it was a tornado that blew my back porch completely away, flipped cars over, and took down every tree in the neighborhood, but they didn’t quite understand how it threw my grill and broke it?!?!?! That’s ok, I was given enough to buy a new one anyway!!!
