I’ve had insurance with this company,6 years now. For the past year or more every other month,they tell me I’m behind a payment. When asked what months I missed. It’s always a different month from a prior year.That raises a flag for me. I have too much money paid in to walk away. But I also got another company for backup.

Excellent company

Do not use them! They ripped me off and ran me around for about a month. I have had to submit a formal complaint to a govt agency who is working the issue! Stay away.

Reasonable insurance we can find.

American National is a horrible insurance company. They’ve taken my money and lied to me repeatedly i found out today about my insurance. Salesman tell ya want ya want to hear! They have put me in binds by taking more than they suppose to and never fixed issue like the said. Options are horrible i suggest going to get insurance from a company who appreciate they ppl! Here they don’t. Don’t do it to yourself had a year’s worth of hell!

Very nice agents who come to your house

The agent barely spoke English. He came supposibly resolved the problem, came back again demanded payment. Problem not resolved he, and she lied to me

This is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. The staff is so rude and the district office doesn’t care that their staff is rude. I’ve talked to district manager and all he said was he couldn’t do anything about it. I will not let anyone come to my house just to be ignored by an uncivilized man. This is unacceptable! I would never recommend this company to anyone… They lie just to keep taking your money. Just because i am a Woman does not make it okay for this man to come to my house and disrespect me.

Haven’t been here in years, brought our grandkids and they loved a few rides that were available for rides. Plus we arrived sorta late, but still made best of it before 9pm
