Very bad service and utterly unprofessional behaviour… Neither their telecallers do their job properly nor their seniors know how to do thier job…i usually dont review like this…but my experience with then compelled me to do this… Please stop working guys .. tumse na ho payega
It took three months for my car insurance policy to reach me that too when i blasted in their office …
And yes they gave me printed copy not the orignal one quoting that “the company will send directly…”
Thoroughly dissapointed … Will recommend to stay away from these morons…
P.S. all those who have given positive reviews are part of the organisation only… Have seen a few there … Bloody pigs
This is a fraud company, please refrain from getting any insurance from this company. Their executive, gave me a quote for 13300, on my email and later on said that it was a mistake and raised it to 13900 when everything was finalised. She said that the difference would be cut from her salary, so I accepted and gave a cheque of 13900. After a few days I told them that I received an SMS from insurance company, stating that application is not approved. The executive told me that it’s there responsibility and she’ll get it approved or give me some other insurance at the same price. For 5 days she kept on saying that office is closed and I’ll inform you the status next day. Finally, she said we can’t do anything, you have to pay 4000 more now.
I would suggest everyone to go for any other agent, maybe pay a bit more, but never go with this agent, especially this executive.
Last month I paid Rs. 23,400for my NEW brezza car policy, I got the best insurance amount for the vehicle . & suddenly two days ago my car was dented by another car ,They have tie up with many service centers in my place with cashless services . I am fine with them & their all commitments.
To me best way to judge any sales office is from there after sales service. I give full marks to Alps in this. My car was stolen & I didn’t have any experience dealing with insurance claims. Alps team helped me throughout this process..coordinated Tata Aig for all documentation. I m thoroughly satisfied. Thanks.
