Wow! Aloha Insurance Agency is amazing! They take time to really get to know their clients. Everyone in the office has years and years of insurance experience and is able to draw on a breadth of insurance products tailored to my needs. I am not a number and it is clear they care about my business. They are easy to get a hold of on the phone and respond quickly on emails. Kelly is a superstar! She must work 24×7 because no matter the time of day, she emails me back immediately and is just a fountain of knowledge. It is clear that doing a great job providing the insurance protection her clients is very important to her. I also love the occasional hand written post cards and thank you’s from the office. These personal touches are so cool.
