“Agent forgot” to add my renters on to my car insurance at time of purchase so that I may recieve discount. The agent was in a hurry, she had to go I wanted to fill out company coupon, but was told, “I was not allowed.” Cloverleafs only solution (for their mistake) is to charge me a higher rate, $6 a month and now they want to charge me $28 because “they” forgot…

Very bad business solution.
