horrible place. my mom had difficulties paying her bill and her agent decided that asking his coworkers to lie about him being at work was the proper way to go about a business deal. for weeks we had to deal with his immaturity. i wouldn’t recommend this place to no one i care about. bad customer service and extremely immature employees

He also purposefully left off information from my policy so when they audited me, I was at “risk” for withholding information therefore, my premium increased! Dan had all my information and I trusted him to take care of it, but instead he took advantage!
