Booked appointment on a weekend morning for dermatologist , process of booking not self explanatory. Someone called from Hyderabad number after 3-4 hours of booking and gave me a time slot of 8 PM. Finally got a call at 9 PM saying that they are going to connect me to family physician. I mean what the heck? And after that no course correction, no follow ups. Bygones are bygones. Really not even worth of subscription, not worth even if it is free.

I was offered a 1 year membership (6800 per year).

I made my first doctor consultation and nobody turned up. I called their customer care where I was on call for half an hour to get an appointment scheduled. I was told appointments on app are taken into account only if made 24 hours before. Highly recommend using Practo instead which I have been using for years. Simply put, I have had better luck booking tatkal tickets on IRCTC.
