Not the best company I’ve been to. The people there were, overall, kind…but I didn’t like the outrageous fee of switching my insurance from one car to another; the extra charge for using a debit card vs. cash (maybe$10 extra every month!); the sometimes incompetence of an employee or two. I would suggest skipping this place, and look for a more professional, customer-first insurance company

Had a great experience with Kimberly, she was super helpful and and had a sense about what I wanted and lead me in the right direction. I love the energy she has and made the process of getting insurance a lot better. Saved me a lot of time, I’ve been to a lot of insurance places to get different rates and they make it so complicated but Kimberly explained the different rates so well I knew exactly what I wanted.
