I’ve been using ACC for a few years now and have nothing but good things to say about them. They started by making sure I had the right coverage for our cars and home and then made sure we had affordable pricing. They are always responsive to my calls and emails (most recently when I bought a car on the weekend and they answered the phone!).

If there is a better insurance agency in Phoenix or Scottsdale, I’d be surprised. ACC is an independent agency, so they have the ability to search dozens of carriers for both the best price and coverage. When you go to a “big box” insurance company, you get pigeon-holed into the limited policies they have.

Signing up for coverage was quick and painless. ACC was able to find us more coverage for a lower amount. Unfortunately ACC fell short in communication. After multiple phone calls and emails to Gregg and Kim requesting proof of insurance or even asking if i had coverage at all went unreturned and unacknowledged I cancelled all policies with them and found a more responsive broker.

I’ve been with Leah for a year for home and car insurance. She has gone above and beyond several times to get me out of a jam and ensure my coverage didn’t lapse. First time I’ve had an agent and she’s a game changer!!!

There are not words for how amazing the service is at ACC. Anytime I have a question, I call Leah and she is so kind and so prompt! She saved me quite a bit of money as well, with BETTER coverages! Who could ask for more?
