In 1957, a fledgling insurance agency started by Russell Adams registered with the Nevada Division of Insurance. One of the earliest insurance agencies to set up shop in Nevada, the small business was assigned the license number “14”. The agency quickly earned a reputation for its professionalism and expertise, and in 1979, Dick L. Rottman came on board as the new President, renewing the company’s commitment to these ideals. Prior to joining A and H, Dick was a university professor and served as Nevada’s Insurance Commissioner.
