I’ve been dealing with this company in an insurance claim and the response times and communication are terrible. I have been waiting 2 weeks and heard nothing back despite chasing up by email 4 times.

Said they had closed a claim against me 6 months ago, to which I have just received another letter off small claims court saying the case is still openand being charged more for. Call centre staff incredibly rude also. Really poor customer service overall.

what a dreadful company.Two different staff promised to email me

a letter containing vital information for us. It never arrived. In addition Royal Mail confirms that our post code of IP10 0FN is registered nationally but LV refuses to issue confirmation documents as they

say this code is not known, thus holding up our property purchase.

This for a long and loyal customer. But not for much longer.

The Site says.. we check your Credit file verify your details as in name and not affects nor registered againgst your credit file but they lie as they check your credit score to decide if to insure you or not and to let you pay monthly or not. This leaves a marker your credit file and affects your credit score. They are liars.
