Recently had a washing machine engineer after waiting 6 days with washing piling up only to be told prior to me being omitted to hospital that he cannot carry out the repair because it is in the wrong location next to my toilet ,not hard wired on an extension lead what a jobs worth

I shall be asking for my direct debits to be reimbursed as my washing over the years has been repaired in this location, I am still in hospital and my wife who is 63 is trying to wash all garments by hand

Well done Legal and General first class service to a long standing customer of 10, I shall be cancelling all my Insurance’s with your company once out of hospital .

In 25 years never claimed for anything. Then has a flood. My kitchen was discontinued and the would only replace 2 cupboards and 3 of the 4 doors. Never use them again. They wanted me to use there builderung company or offer a really low cash settlement.

Legal and General recorded incorrect information on the system used by all insurers. This meant I was unable to change insurers. They consistently dismissed my pleas to help me. Eventually through 12 months of battling with them I was awarded compensation in agreement with the financial Ombudsman. Andrew Bennett is a Senior complaints escalation manager and he is not responding to the Ombudsman and I have not received the compensation money. They have no regard for their customers and I have been treated with contempt. Do not use Legal & General.

Biggest mistake was to insure my two pets with them , every time you ring you get the same outdated message that they are busy , I normally wait for over 8 minutes for an answer today it was 10.

You cannot email them for a quick answer so have to ring.

In times where you need a fast response about your pet claim or need advice you just cannot get through to this company fast enough.

Rung up for a claim form to be sent it never arrived , rang again and they sent me two claims forms one after the other.

My Current claim will take about 4- 6 weeks to process as they are merging with LV insurance, remind me to steer clear of them too.

Once my policy expires this year I’m switching back to Animal Friends.

I was auto-enrolled onto the worksave pension without consent. After a month had passed, 5% of my monthly pay was deducted and upon reaching out to try and reclaim the money I was informed that I’m not allowed to because a month had passed since my enrolment. I wasn’t even aware of this pension until I’d seen it on my payslip so I’ve effectively been robbed and their policy and terms are built for this exact situation . Disgusting behaviour and I’m surprised this is legal. Will be speaking with my solicitor ASAP.

Sorted life insurance and began making payments in February. Come July my policy is cancelled by the company with no contact by them to explain why this had happened. They then proceeded to take money from my account this month despite them being responsible for cancelling my policy.

Terrible company!!

my daughter worked here, had a mental breakdown and gave her job up as she was not thinking straight, no after care to see if she is ok. her boss has been left messages to contact parents to see if they could keep her job open in the future but nothing, next thing p45 came through the door. They just don’t care! taking it further till I get proper answers!

Pathetic data control, smugly breaching GDPR refusing to update a title without seeing a birth certificate, and ignoring the title on my government issued photo ID… what title do you think a baby has? Transferred my pension to another provider, as I couldn’t be bothered to explain that your social title is not a part of your legal name (and wouldn’t want to try and actually collect a pension pot from these muppets who have no interest in making sure that the details on your pension are accurate). 🙂
