Great serivce, and love the fact that they open as early as 730am so I can go right before I go to work. Also love that you get reminders via text messaging when your fitness, registration, and insurance are due for renewal.

The customer service here is good, especially meeting them face to face. Dealing with a recent claim was a little off putting but that’s more a function of the insurance company’s policies and not the workers themselves.

Good and fast experience with them. They were knowledgeable and straight-forward and gave a competitive price. Opens early – 7:30am but closes early – 4:30pm and not open on the weekends.

They are very accommodating and professional. The rep was there for my uncle in every way possible when he broke his leg in an accident. Very efficient and good customer service. They lost 1 star because of the initial time spent waiting to see an agent but it went smoothly after that…from my perspective at least.

They were terrific with the service provided to me. I called first for a quote, that was a very good experience and I got a competitive rate. When I went in the office, the representative answered all my questions, she even gave me options for the the best possible quote for my comprehensive plan, so I got to pay even less and get the same coverage! I am so sorry that I do not remember the names but one was Ms/Mrs Jenkins who dealt with the majority of my process, they were both awesome!

Quite an impressive and comfortable office space. The staff was very helpful. My problem with General Accident is their processing of claims. You will have to wait for a very long time before you get anything. It’s as if they are hoping that you will get tired of waiting and forget about your claim.

I’m must say that the customer service agents are friendly and courteous but as far as claims go, it has been over 1 year and my claim has not been completed, I think it’s time to move all the cars to another insurance company if this is how clients are treated.

Been with this company for 3 years, had an accident where I wasn’t at fault. It took 2 years out of that 3 years for the claim to to be fully proccess , and I’m stil waiting on the other half the money to fix my car. Slack Bad.

Thinking of switching to another insurance company.#Rubbish wouldn’t recommend.
