Only open Mon-Fri 8am to 5pm? Not reflective of the society we live in. Also, they seem really helpful when your on the phone to them but as soon as you hang up, they forget all about and don’t do what they promised to.

The most incompetent, vindictive insurer I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Have gone out of their way to obscure, confuse and bully me at every opportunity. Dont insure with them

I have had esure car insurance for over a year now and I can say they are very nice over the phone and very helpful. They are also resonably priced and can’t complain.

Horrible experience, 10+ hours on the phone. Staff disconnected the call as they don’t want to deal with your claim. Lying on claims. Never ever dealt with a company that’d treats paying customers this way. Do not recommend, pay a little more for insurance and go with a better company. There is a reason they come out cheapest. I will never use esure again and will tell everyone I know not to use them.

I’ve never had to claim so I can’t comment on that side.

However Linda from the customer services department is a credit to the team. Her “human” touch to customer service made me feel listened to, understood and turned a potential stressful situation into a pleasant interaction, the complete opposite of what I expected.

Please ensure her manager and herself see this as people are quick to complain but rarely give credit to the valuable people. The call was on the 26/03 at approximately 16:32.

I have had some issues with e-sure insurance in which I’ve changed my payment date and one minute it’s been okay next minute it’s not. To cut a long story short a lovely lady named Diane took her time to listen to me. Feedback what has happened and do all her best to solve my problem. She is an asset to the company and you need more people like this, who don’t just listen to respond but listens to understand. She deserves a raise if you ask me and my faith is restored in this company
