I claimed my ICICI lombard travel insurance recently and was asked to send the same documents again and again repeatedly. It was a very irksome and painful process and took months to process my claim.

That’s when I decided to contact the toffee executive to help me with the same. Mr Vinay Singh from toffee was extremely helpful and gave me a solution immediately. He made sure he talked to the bank’s executive himself and fast track the entire process. The claim which took months to process was done in a matter of 15 days only because of Vinay. toffee insurance is very awesome they are give insurance to the cycle owner is so very good. this is a first company is provide. all company have do cycle insurance. all cycle brand have to do insurance of the cycle.. insurance company have to touch with the all international brand.. this is good for company also. i have never seen in my life the insurance company do insurance of the cycle.. please touch with those dealers who have international cycle brand and I like your services also.

I had purchased insurance for my Cycle, Firefox Rapide 21S from Toffee Insurance, back in October 2021. Some of my friends had ridiculed me for buying insurance for a cycle as they thought it is unnecessary, but as fate would have it, my cycle met with an accident last month(April) and I had contacted Toffee Insurance regarding the claim.

They’ve been very helpful in processing the claim for me. I would like to highlight Toffee Insurance Staff “Justin” for all the help. The whole process was a breeze, thanks to him. The claim has been approved for Rs 3950 for the Front fork, and I can’t thank enough. The amount has already been transferred to the repair shop “Jyothi Cycles”.
