Very Pathetic customer service, this company will never settle your claim . It’s been two months since I am dealing with them for the claim of my vehicle. It will be better to not have insurance rather than have with this Company

it is a chor company. I prefered to avail claim for broken wind shield. The was parked at TOYOTA at FARIDABAD on 20th Feb. after 3 days the bastered surveyer visited the car and on 26th at 17.28 , I was advised to get repair done. Though the repairer done the repair yet till date i.e upto 16th March the DO letter has not been sent. Probably these people are criminal corrupt and bargain to settle the claim throgh under table settlement. Virtually this is a chor company.

Very very very disappointed. Took my new maruti baleno for service. Without even hearing to my side of accident, they rejected half of the claim. Never even had the decency to call me. The insurance agent Mr. Kamal was rude, when i called him. And half of the time did not even have the decency to pick my call. Will not renew my insurance with them.

Royal Sundaram Absolutely worst Insurance company i have experienced, i am continue my health policy with them from last 5 year’s. And when i put my health claim bills, they can’t settled health claims when you contact customer care they saying lies and disconnect your call. They not transferred your call to some senior person and giving incorrect information to customer. if you emailed your query they can’t reply. I suggest nobody should associate themselves with such an unprofessional, bad, worst and uncouth Insurance company.

Royal Sundram is the worst car insurance company. They have hired local people in there site survey who are very rude and unprofessional. They will keep asking you supporting documents even after approval leaving you in confused state of mind. They charge Rs.1000 as default for claim processing. Moreover they work from Monday to Friday so if you are a working class person then keep in mind that you will have to take leave from office to followup with kind of people who are rude and unprofessional. Decide what you want. I suggest looking for some other insurance company.
