I appreciate your support on resolving my issue within 24 hours. I have received my insurance copy. However, the need shouldn’t have arose for me to call you to get my Insurance copy after I have made the payment. It was a strange thing that your support executive mentioned that she was not able to see the transaction in the system and asked me to share screenshot of the transaction. Lucky for me, I did take a screenshot of this transaction. But what if I did not? Not sure how that situation would have gone. That was what I didn’t like. Giving your team 3 stars since your team made sure I received my insurance copy.
