Health India has customer service.I had called multiple times was having doubts regarding deficiency pending documents and agents were recieving the calls,when 1st time i called customer care girl picked up i didnt understood what exactly i wanted to know and i disconnected the next time i called a guy picked up and then to same thing didnt understood disconnected,But 3rd time when i called Guy recieved name Shrinath Poojary who literally understood was very calm as of my thing ,good listener as well as good communicator clear as i experienced. Information was accurate, responses to queries were turned around very fast. Answers were clear and where necessary detailed enough for me to make informed decisions quickly,Thanks for your support Shrinath Poojary👍 Keep Going💯

One of the worst TPA service. I have been trying to admit my Mom in Aravind Eye Hospital and initiated insurance claim through Insurance department. No proper response from this TPA service and Aravind’s insurance department is also no clue what should they do as next step. Very very bad. They are just throwing elder patients pillar to post and again post to pillar. Pathetic.
