They are highly misleading and unprofessional company. If you buy bharti axa car insurance with zero dep, your claims will be denied no matter what. Care to ask for a reason, you will get none. It’s similar to experience you face with corrupt employees. Be prepared to call 50 times, email 50 times, but all that is useless.

They don’t have any idea about customer service. Staff at sector 14 branch refused to address small query regarding car insurance I purchased recently and referred me to customer service.

Unprofessional, manipulative & misleading. Don’t believe a word of their online sales pitch. Have not received a copy of Policy even after 2 years of follow up with their representatives. For peace of mind don’t touch them with a barge pole

They are doing fraud. They didn’t understand the customer issue. The one the agent of bharti axa sale the policy with fraud and i had mail all the audio recording where he clearly told everything. But still they didn’t refund my money. Pls guy’s don’t take any policy to tham.
