I had made 2 claims(both happened few weeks apart and when l thought l was covered l was told l wasn’t and that’s costing me 55k in repairs to fix now, read the policy and was shown l fall under a different category (body corp) nice little loop hole to throw away basic cover because the building is attached to the neighbor which isn’t even related to my claim.

My area manager had that tone as in ” we got you there” and good luck.

That left me with doing a private number call to inquire about that specific cover and if l would be covered if l was insured with them and l was told l was fully covered for that specific area if l signed up.

l didn’t have much of a choice to go with this company as my neighbor recommended them as l purchased the property, now we have both experienced this poorly organized insurance company and poorly trained staff. As l had to always update my policy holder details with every call l made to them( like no one is actually typing anything into the system to save information)

I could go on all day but it was never a smooth process.

I never leave reviews l don’t have time for them but this was frustrating enough to type out hopefully someone comes by this comment and reads it to avoid this company.

I met Tui Steel through a business group we are in together. I had my professional indemnity insurance come up for renewal and had Tui provide a quote for the renewal. They were able to provide the exact same cover at a very competitive price. Tui has been in the industry for her entire career and if you need to discuss an insurance policy with her she is a wealth of information of not only insurance but to how to improve the work environment to assist with best practice and a better policy. I will definitely be having Tui and WFI Insurance out to provide insurance cover on our commercial buildings, home and motor vehicles. I am so very grateful to Tui & WFI for their assistance in what is a mind field of possible litigation issues when it comes to insurance.
