Pretty happy with swann . Was hit by a car and bike was written off . I had to pay excess as other driver at fault was avoiding them . I’ve since received my excess back . Reason for 4 stars is because even though I signed up on the net , they sent out renewal , with a reduced agreed value , via mail . So when it came time to claim I was surprised by this . In the end they gave slightly more and with riding gear covered I was happy .

For the price they beat everyone else by a long shot for my motorcycle insurance. The people on the phone are great. What let’s it all down is the conduct of the managers.
