The worst insurance company ever, unprofessional, unresponsive and they will do what ever they can to not pay a claim.

I have been with this bank for almost a decade.

What gets on my nerve is they get their retail banking teller staff to ask the customer their passwords. THIS IS A COMPLETE BREACH OF PRIVACY as nearby customers are all within earshot.

It is not isolated to one branch as I have witnessed or experienced this at multiple branches including the Pitt st city Sydney cbd one near Westfield where u go down stairs.

Most other big banks around the world say u should never disclose your password to bank staff so why they have such outdated policies is beyond belief. They should hire me to update their policies!

They are also closing branches eg Chatswood in March 2022 which is sad and annoying. I guess they are focusing on Queensland.
