I had a really bad accident in Tasmania back in May of this year which was not my fault and unforeseen.As I had booked the car hire with Bargain Car Rental through Rental Cover I opted for their full cover insurance.

On my return from my time away I lodged a claim with Rental Cover and conceded that as they were a reimbursement operation I will need the full cost of repairs and final invoice from the hire car company. This was delayed by the hire car company for a few months(part delays was the excuse)but once this was provided to Rental Cover the claim was accepted and settled immediately..Thank you for your great service.

Had the rental company charge me for a broken rear light I hadn’t noticed was broken.

Filed a claim and got a response within the hour The online form was clear and easy to fill

Additional information required was requested respectfuly and I got my claim approved in a matter of days.

Great service and really fast to reply. Highly recommended to avoid absurd damage claims by rental agencies. Saved me a lot of money, couldn’t be happier.

I booked a cover from them for an upcoming trip. I cannot comment on the speed and reliability of claims processing yet, however they did live up to their word on price matching/beating another cheaper insurnace cover I had found. This is certainly a good sign of trustworthyness in my view.

Excellent, quick, and straight forward service. The Claims Team helped in processing my claim swiftly with only a few back & forth emails. Will definitely use again and would highly recommend using rentalcover instead of paying un explainable high costs for damages or insurance directly to rent a car companies.
