Absolutely useless. You can tell within 5 minutes that everyone that works there is a career government employee; they don’t have a single brain between them. Middle management have got zero communication or leadership skills- just constantly referring to “internal policy”, the process for making a claim is ridiculously confusing and they act exactly like a government department. After dealing with them for 12 months I moved everything to Sunsuper- better staff, better returns better price and better service. The sooner QSuper is merged with a commercial organisation and everyone there is fired, the better.

Income protection claim took one month and still haven’t get any answer or progress details from claim manager. Don’t ever Buy their income protection claim.

Used to be one of the top funds, not sure now it has merged. From mid January 2022 to early April 2022 my Balanced fund has gone backwards. I would have been better off in an ASX index fund.
