Attempting to talk to customer service reps as a 3rd party. Accumulatively spent 4 hours on hold to this company, redirected continuously, refusal to give direct contact line to follow up claim, forced to wait hours to find out update on hire car situation. Use an automated “due to COVID-19” message to justify horrendous understaffing issues which should not have existed for over 6 months now.

I tried to claim our $25 on the internet with no result. So far I have waited 38 min on the phone. I keep getting the same music and messages assuring me that my call is valuable to them! I would give this service no stars but I have to give it 1 so I can send it.

I have ready a-lot of the reviews in regards to QBE. I would like to say that my experience has been a pleasure. They provided the best quote on my Motorcycle insurance and the best agreed value. Unfortunately i had to make my first claim. From start to finish the staff have been helpful, professional and friendly and have gone out of their way to assist. My claim has been dealt with, processed in 4 weeks which i’m happy with considering the amount of claims going around. Will be certainly looking to insure with them again on my next purchase.

When I bought my Can-am Ryker QBE were the easiest company that would insure it. Well a few weeks later I had a low speed (29kph) accident and wrote it off. They handled EVERYTHING while I was mending in hospital. They were so awesome that I’ve now switched my car insurance to them as well. Saved me $816 in the process. Awesome & friendly staff that go above and beyond to help when you just want to recover. They’re cheaper than you’d think too.
