Really happy with the product and customer service Petsy has provided, they actually care about my pet, highly recommend.

Although it does sound quite appealing having 100% of your vet bill covered with no excess, this website is actually quite deceiving. If your pet had a cruciate ligament problem that needed surgery, the average cost for that condition is around $5000, naturally with this policy you’d expect $5000 back. Now if you dig a little deeper you’ll find a very large list of sub limits, one of which was a $4000 limit on cruciate ligament conditions so realistically from a $5000 bill, theyre covering 80% which is essentially the same reimbursement as a lot of other providers. Other sub limits are only covering to a maximum of $750 per year for conditions that can cost way more than that! Do your research and dont just blindly take out a policy because it says 100% coverage

Customer service rep confirmed that accidental injury is covered 100% but later only paid for the bandage not consultation so ended up paying almost 80%out of pocket.. felt being tripped off..going to switch it
