Agree with the other reviews – you stay on hold for a great deal of time and then are told to leave a message. Please just let people know there isn’t anyone to answer calls that way frustrated callers are not left waiting.

I have had the same experience as everybody else, I wonder if anybody ever gets through to these people or is this an actual joke and there is no-one ion the building . Does anybody have any other ideas of who i can turn to, trying to insure my outdoor ed business and can no longer find insurance.

Make you wait on hold for 20+ minutes saying you’re in line to speak to a representative and then suddenly just gets to an automated message saying to leave a message after the beep. If this is their procedure, why do you have to sit on hold the entire time just to leave a message, which, by the way, has not been returned. What a joke.

Totally agree with everybody else’s reviews the Insurance Council of Australia are nothing short of a joke and a total waste of time they should be shut down.
