A lady who i spoke with was not a good person to ask.

She had a bad attitude to answer from my inquiry.

Walked in with no health insurance and walked out less than fifteen minutes later completely insured. Staff were extremely knowledgeable and very polite – great experience!

The person I spoke to seemed to have difficulty explaining things to me as simple as possible and I required multiple clarifications from her. Customer service wasn’t that great and she seemed a bit annoyed for the whole entire meeting. Too bad this is my nearest Medibank to be honest.
