Huge increase in vehicle prices but lumleys not interested in insuring vehicles for the increased price. Customer service person was very understanding and trying to be helpful, but clearly company needs to review it’s policies inline with changing market.

Prices seems ok, but it is almost impossible (hours) to get through to their customer service line and they do not seem to have a portal for you to log in and manage/check your policy – which most companies had 15 years ago!

Good company to deal with for classic car insurance, if your car is on club rego the premium for comprehensive insurance is very reasonable,

Absolutely rubbish, don’t call them if you are value your time! In Google search they advertise that they are insure hight performance and high value cars, however they only allow to drive your car only once a month!
