DO NOT USE LETS INSURE!

After finding they would not honour my fathers policy due to reasons not within any paperwork we had, leaving us with $7k to pay to cremate him overseas, then to have us jump through hoops just to get a refund of his paid premiums, in which I had to follow up on a week after initial contact and them saying someone would be in touch within 2-3 days but never did & then their staff not even being able to recognise an international death certificate. Now they refuse to pay the refund to us and have sent to his frozen bank account. Doesn’t leave a nice taste in your mouth at a not so easy time.

Absolute Joke, please everyone else, use another company.

I would not recommend this place at all. Nothing but hassles and hurt trying to get the money my family was entitled to after my dad’s passing. An ‘accident’ can’t be self inflicted.. so driving isn’t self inflicted? Riding a bike? An accident is an accident, especially when the coroner’s report is saying that the deceased had no intention of ending his life.

I won’t be insuring myself here, nor my pet or any other family members. And telling them not to bother with this atrocious company.

Four young people were left without their father, their last parent and the word of the coroner is not enough. It has to be their definition of an accident.

Anything to not have to pay out the money he paid in.

Typical insurance companies, but particularly heartless considering the nature of the situation.

Had to go on and change our address. Easy to do. Got message to say it was done.
