WORST customer experience. Called and asked for a statement to be sent. Got transferred around, finally spoke to someone who said i had to wait a couple days, confirmed the email and that was it. Then called back later in the week only to be told it was sent to an old email (after i had confirmed the new one to use). When i called, i spoke to the complaints team and they practically refused to take on the matter and transferred me back to the car loans team. Absolutely terrible service and no one has any idea what they’re doing

I can’t believe it takes over 6 days to get a simple request. The moment I want to pay out the loan and move my business elsewhere, latitudes fun idea is not to send me a final payout figure and have gone silent on all my emails.

Absolutely the worst customer service experience ever. Simple request for a replacement card has become a saga with multiple calls. Whenever call long long waits and when I do get through I am in conversation with barely comprehensible representatives. Most annoyingly multiple disconnects mid call with no callback despite (from experience) eliciting a promise to do so if disconnected. Two weeks on! I’m still waiting on my replacement card and on hold again. Update – Turns out they did not actually send my replacement card as promised but they are so sorry and they will send it now! My advice is find another credit provider.

Horrible experience. Some of the calls had so much background noise it seemed like they were working outside. INCONSISTENT. One person says one thing and another says something different. No one seems to know what is going on. I cancelled my application, too many bad reviews and horrible HORRIBLE experience. Hopefully they actually did cancel it cos they didn’t give me a reference number for my call AND one person said I would receive my cancellation letter in 1-2 minutes then another operator said it takes 3-5hours with a maximum of 24hrs. FOR A CANCELLATION LETTER?!?!?!!! INCONSISTENT. Do NOT deal with LATITUDE. THEY ARE A HEADACHE. ZERO STARS
