I’ve been with Kevins office for a couple of years now. He can’t seem to keep the same office people. I brought him a check after him stating he would hold it until I got paid.. and it cleared 3 days after it was taken to him. His office is incompetent and tells customers the wrong information. You never get an I’m sorry or anything else. I’m definitely switching companies ASAP

We use Kevin King:American Family Insurance for all of our home, auto and business insurance needs. Kevin King made it a smooth transition from our last carrier and we have been very happy. Luckily, we have not needed to use our insurance yet, but we know if we had to that Kevin King would make it a pleasant experience!

Mr. Kevin King and Mrs. Beth Jones were both helpful in providing me with quite an amount of insight, and along with comparing my current policies with their own.Mind you they were able to beat 4 of my current policies with larger companies! Kevin King is the BEST American Family agent in Monroe County HANDS DOWN! He goes above & beyond the call of duty to make sure his customers have a good experience. He returns missed calls immediately & provides after hours contact information – so you never have to call a 1-800 unless that’s what you prefer. Many insurance agents have minimized their roles as large companies branch off into call center like departments, BUT Kevin is one agent that will not disappoint when it comes to customer service! And if he doesn’t instantly know how to resolve a situation, he will persevere until it’s figured out. He’s not just an agent that actually cares, but he’s one of the greatest people I’ve had the pleasure of meeting! He enjoys volunteering, so he’s extremely involved in the community.
