I use HCF as my private health insurance provider, but also as a health care professional. In both scenarios, the team at HCF Joondalup are superb – they are all lovely human beings and also very efficient and knowledgeable. A credit to HCF

Have tried ringing our local branch twice now on different days and no-one picks up. So decided to ring the national line where I was put on hold so the operator could check my query and then to be cut off without a call back from the operator I felt was inappropriate.

I called the call centre multiple times and I was forced to go into the Joondalup branch. Jamie helped me within a matter of minutes. He was awesome.

The customer service is terrible. They find every excuse in the book not to process the claims. But the Joondalup branch is really good, the guy there sorted out my claim in seconds.

I had a fantastic experience at hCF Joondalup today 25.2.22, was welcomed warmly and dealt with professionally by Jamie. He is very knowledgeable and compassionate. I came away with all my questions answered.
