Having the policy was a good investment that provided security and Eric assisted with various warranty matters over the policy life. Being transferrable to a new purchaser is a plus all round.

I cancelled with this company as I put my new car through my current insurance, yet they STILL took $180 out of my account which minus my account!!! Once I’m off the phone to the bank I WILL be contacting the ombudsman STRAIGHT AWAY.

I took out an A Star extended warranty plan with my VW Golf R in 2018. Had never purchased extended warranty before. I never had a claim on the policy so my rating is not about that. Instead I cancelled it because I sold the car in 2022. Customer Service Consultant Kitty was prompt in processing my cancellation and arranging for a refund for the unused portion (less a cancellation fee). The process was seamless. Thanks
