Wow what an experience! Would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. All I wanted to do was cancel my policy that I temporarily had for my house build and they made it as unpleasant as possible. Literally tried to pit my partner and I against each other. Image if you had to make a claim! Avoid like the plague.

A client of mine, took out an ALI Loan Protection Plan upon review of her financial position.

6 months later she was diagnosed with breast cancer.

She is a mother of 5 and was working part time.

We contacted ALI together. 8 days after lodgement of the claim, she was paid her insurance benefit in full.
