  7. 3 tbsp yogurt (Dahi)
  8. 1 tsp pepper powder
  9. 1 tsp coriander powder (dhania powder)
  10. ¾ tsp cumin powder (jeera powder)
  11. 2 tbsp cream
  12. 1 tsp salt
  13. ¼ tsp Turmeric (Haldi)
  14. ¼ tsp paprika (rang mirch)
  15. ¼ tsp garam masala
  16. 250 g paneer

Recipe Of Kali Mirch

  1. To create a pleasant aromatic dish: cardamons, cinnamons, and cloves should be added to the heated oil.
  2. Now you must add the onion paste and saute it till it is tender.
  3. After simmering the onion, mix ginger, garlic, and green chili paste in it and saute it well.
  4. Add yogurt into the mixture
  5. Spice it up with paprika, black pepper powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, salt, and turmeric.
  6. Add your paneer, cream, and ½ cup water in it and cook till the cheese is melted.

 

Key Ingredient:

  1. ½ cup besan
  2. ½ tsp red chili powder
  3. ½ tsp Turmeric powder
  4. 1 tsp green chili
  5. 1 tsp coriander powder
  6. Salt to taste
  7. 3 tsp soda
  8. 250 gms paneer
  9. 500 gms refined oil

Recipe Of Paneer Pakoda

  1. Mic gram flour with red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, green chili, coriander powder, and soda in a bowl.
  2. Heat refined oil in the pan.
  3. Pour the batter on the paneer.
  4. Deep fry, the paneer tills its brown.
  5. Served hot with some chutney.
