The next step is to create an account on the USPTO website. This can be done by entering your social security number, or by creating an account using an email address. Once you have created your account, you will need to provide information such as name, address, phone number and email address. You will also need to create a username and password for future use of their online system.
Step 3:
Pay the requisite fees after filling out all required fields and clicking on “continue to review page”.
You can pay for your trademark registration online by credit card or eCheck (ACH) for a total of $325 ($275 fee plus $50 service charge). There is an additional convenience fee of 2.25% that will be added to your total payment amount, so if you are using a credit card, the total cost would be $327.75 (or around Rs 2,500).
