I have changed my existing policy to Manipal cigna. They settled my claims much faster as compared to previous insurance co. I have also visited their rajender nagar,delhi branch, appreciate their support towards customer.

ManipalCigna Health Insurance Company offers unique as well as excellent plans which are valid all over world. They are covering Allopathic, Homoeopathic & Ayurvedic treatment under their insurance plans. You are also given No Claim Bonus on every claim free years. Apart from this claims are settled faster and in good successful ratio.

Pathetic experience. The staff is not competent enough and lack basic knowledge about the company policies.

Office space is untidy and not good. No sign board is there

I am admitted in max Vaishali Ghaziabad on 10/03/21 at 8.00pm send documents on 11/03/21 for cashless approval but even after resolving all queries they told that phycial verification will be done then they will approve .

Talked to claim deptt. They have no answer I told than surgery is must and urgent . but they stick on one answer just wait we will try to get it as fast as we can but it take 24_48hrs to get

verification done Worst Insurance Company Totally fraud . They are just here to take installments from customer and to cheat them. No Claim settlement.I request everyone please do not take any insurance from here

It is a fraud company in Delhi.

They fooled us, comit false commitment, once the money is transfered to them then no one cares or bothers to reply back or attend you.

Do not belive them at all… its a SPAM company in Delhi. Do not trust them or belive them.

They give false promises and then give you nothing.

I have to give 1 star coz else it will not take my review.
