Worst company with really bad staff.. I despise them to the core. I have blocked my money in 2009 and I am still struggling with them. I only wish I knew these traitors before… NEVER buy their policies if you want to sleep peacefully, this is my honest advice.

I was treated well by staff. But, my problem was not resolved to my satisfaction since I was made to.talk to someone whom I could not see personally. I am 75 + it could be better if some official would have satisfied me personally instead of talking on phone. I for a moment thought if I was not in a public utility service but some Govt Intelligence office where u don’t know with whom u r speaking. Pl treat this as my suggestion and not complaint.

One of pathetic service of all time, have opened multiple case with your support but no response.I want a charge back under case id 52209715, wondering from past two but no response. Guy like Vinay Kumar are good for nothing.
