Not good. Insurance claim still not settled even though their client admitted fault early in the year. I hope I can report good news in the future but not holding my breath.

Eventually after numerous emails with ridiculous propositions they paid up in full. You have to be persistent which should not be the case when they admitted fault.

Over a period of 48hours I have spent a combined 3hours on hold, only to get cut off and then the second time some was going to call me back. This is in relation to a motor vehicle claim under their Sureplan product. I’m still waiting for the call back. This would have to be the worst customer experience from a Company offering an Insurance product. I would avoid next time at all cost.

Needed to organise a hire car while my vehicle was being repaired. Filled and returned the form on time. Got to the smash repairs where the hire car should have been waiting. Was told i didn’t return the form, after arguing for a while and giving the exact time the email was sent they grunted and said there wasn’t enough time to do anything and they wouldn’t even cover a taxi fare. No apology and solution. Shocking staff who just don’t care. Definitely didn’t get what i paid for
