I’ve had enough. No response to any of my emails. Normally on hold for more than 30 minutes just to talk to some one. When I do get someone they advise they need more information why not respond to my email. I’m changing and will be telling all my family and friends as well.

I have been 8 years with westpac home insurance and made 4 claims with them that they all rejected. I wish I had canceled my policy the first time they rejected my claim but I have no idea why I kept paying them $120 / month. I am now canceling my policy just to make myself feel happy. If you reading this comment want to experience the pain I felt go with them.

Small claim lodged in May 2021 for a portion of kitchen flooring… still waiting. Inspections performed, excess paid in Nov 21… Nothing further until we called in Feb 2022… New person out to inspect last week, wants to start work next week… I have now received emails notification of undeliverable mail (preferences specified for email/sms… and always has been). 1:06hrs on hold today to be moved directly to providing feedback regarding “today’s” service… Easy rating of 1 – Not at all satisfied — and 1 – DO NOT at all recommend. Very disappointed for Top Cover Insurance Plan… Now back to being on Hold to try and get this sorted… 20 minutes so far and counting!
